Anu Jain

President

Originally from Haryana and now proudly part of Rajasthan through her marriage to Mr. D.P. Jain of Alwar, Anu Jain has embraced Rajasthani culture with devotion. A Certified Management Accountant (India) and Chartered Life Underwriter (Canada), she has built an accomplished career in finance, real estate, and community leadership. Since immigrating to Canada in 2001, she has contributed actively to RANA Canada as an organizer, board member, and recipient of the Best RANA Director Award. Passionate about transparency and collaboration, she aims to strengthen unity and create meaningful opportunities for the Rajasthani diaspora.

Riddhi Agarwal

Vice-President Corporate Secretary & Administration

Vice-President, Corporate Secretary & Administration
A proud Marwari with roots in Sirohi and Bikaner, and married into a Jodhpuri family, Riddhi embodies the vibrant spirit of Rajasthan. As a Barrister & Solicitor and Founder of Karma Legal Professional Corporation, she has earned distinction for her advocacy and leadership, including being invited by Ontario’s Minister of Labour for policy consultations. Since joining RANA, Riddhi has been a driving force in youth engagement and cultural preservation. Her mission is to bridge generations and celebrate the enduring values of Rajasthani tradition in Canada.

Darpan Begdai

Vice-President Finance

Born with a problem-solver’s mindset, Darpan is an AI and automation consultant who seamlessly blends technology with human innovation. A proud father of two and an MBA graduate from India, his roots and values trace back to Rajasthan’s tradition of intellect and resilience. Passionate about efficiency, teamwork, and community service, he brings analytical acumen and creativity to RANA’s financial leadership. Beyond work, Darpan enjoys chess, fitness, and fostering meaningful connections within the Rajasthani community.

Ravi Singh Godara

Media, Communication & Outreach Director

Born in Hanumangarh, Rajasthan, into a proud army family, Ravi embodies discipline, vision, and community spirit. A Mechanical Engineer turned Real Estate Broker, he leads a successful real-estate team in Mississauga while promoting Rajasthani values across Canada. Through his leadership at RANA, Ravi focuses on storytelling, digital engagement, and outreach that unites the diaspora. A devoted husband and father, he finds joy in gardening, travel, and sharing the essence of Rajasthan’s pride and perseverance with future generations.

Ritu Rai

Information Technology & Digital Assets Director

Information Technology & Digital Assets Director
Born and raised in Delhi with deep Rajasthani roots, Ritu values culture, family, and community above all. She holds an MBA in Finance, a Fellowship in Insurance, and a CPCU designation from the U.S. After moving to Canada in 2006, she built a distinguished career as a Business Architect in the North American insurance sector. A member of RANA for nearly 15 years, Ritu is passionate about cultural continuity, social service, and connecting technology with tradition to strengthen RANA’s digital presence.

Ramesh Agarwala

Youth & Immigration Director

Ramesh Agarwalla is a proud Indo-Canadian for the last 15 years. His family includes his lovely wife Renu, and two beautiful daughters, Mishika and Palak. Mishika is now married and settled. His ancestral home is in village Cheeplata (Neem Ka Thana), Sikar District of Rajasthan. He was born and brought up in Burnpur (Asansol) in West Bengal, where he lived for 20 years, then moved to Delhi where he lived for 15 years before moving to Canada. 

Hema Jain

Events & Cultural Director

Born in Punjab with Rajasthani roots through her maternal and marital families, Hema embodies the cultural blend of North India. She immigrated to Canada in 2011 and earned a diploma in psychology while balancing family and work. Currently an Assistant Manager at Winners, Hema brings enthusiasm and creativity to organizing RANA’s cultural events. Her passion for tradition, dance, and community togetherness reflects Rajasthan’s joyful spirit in every celebration.

Seema Gilotra

Membership & Sponsorship Director

A Delhi native connected to Rajasthan through marriage, Seema is a dedicated educator and community leader. She holds master’s and dual bachelor’s degrees in education from Delhi University and the University of Toronto. Currently teaching with the Peel District School Board, she combines her academic background with a deep respect for Rajasthani culture. Seema’s passion for art, travel, and community engagement drives her commitment to strengthening RANA’s membership and sponsor network.

Varsha

Health & Wellness Director

Born in Indore with strong family ties to Jaipur, Bhilwara, and Udaipur, Varsha brings Rajasthani warmth and compassion to her role. A science graduate and pharmacy technician, she has dedicated her career to healthcare and community well-being. Living in Canada since 2002, she combines her professional expertise with cultural values rooted in empathy and family. As RANA’s Health & Wellness Director, she aims to promote a healthy, connected, and culturally grounded community.
