Riddhi Agarwal

President

Introducing Riddhi Agarwal as the President of RANA Canada. A leader who brings together purpose, community, and vision, Riddhi’s journey reflects both professional excellence and deep cultural roots. As a Barrister & Solicitor and founder of Karma Legal, she has consistently worked toward empowering individuals and creating impact beyond just her profession.

Now, stepping into this leadership role at RANA, her focus remains clear:

Ruchi Khandelwal

Vice President, Corporate Secretary & Administration

Rooted in tradition and shaped by experiences across Delhi and Rajasthan, she values strong community ties.  She manages both motherhood and entrepreneurship with intention and balance in her everyday life. Her work in the automation space reflects a practical mindset and a drive to innovate. A strong support system at home plays an important role in her ongoing journey. She stays active, engaged, and connected through years of community involvement and wellness-focused living.

Luv Gokhru

Vice President, Finance

Born in Jaipur with roots in Chittorgarh, raised in Mumbai, and now settled in Toronto, his journey blends heritage with ambition. He moved to Canada in 2018 and holds an MBA and M.Com in Financial Management. Luv is a full-time real estate professional in the GTA, leading Red Maple Realtors and guiding clients through a competitive market. With a strong foundation in financial management and years of hands-on experience, he’s known for turning complex numbers into clear, confident decisions. Beyond work, he enjoys skydiving, scuba diving, and buggy racing, always seeking new adventures. A passionate foodie and home cook, he loves exploring the GTA’s diverse dining scene and spending quality time with loved ones. Now stepping into the Rana board, Luv adds a powerful edge with his financial acumen—helping drive smarter investments, sustainable growth, and long-term value.

Ravi Singh Godara

Vice President, Strategy Execution & Outreach

Rising from a strong army family background to building a dynamic entrepreneurial journey, Ravi represents discipline, vision, and purpose-driven leadership. From engineering across challenging terrains to making his mark in GTA’s commercial real estate sector, his path reflects resilience and growth. Having already contributed to the RANA community as Media, Communication & Outreach Director, he now steps forward with deeper commitment and clarity of vision.

As VP – Strategy & Outreach, he brings:

• Strong community engagement and outreach initiatives
• A passion for empowering youth and fostering meaningful connections

Manvika Mittal

Director, Media And Communication

Born in Alwar and raised across Ajmer, Udaipur, and Jaipur, she shares a strong connection to Rajasthan’s culture, shaped by early experiences across the state through her father’s work. These formative years continue to keep her closely tied to her roots. An MBA graduate from India, she is now settled in Canada, a proud mother, and a Senior Consultant at IBM. She enjoys taking on new challenges and exploring opportunities for growth.

As Director of Media and Communications, she focuses on bringing people together through storytelling and meaningful communication. Her strengths lie in:
• Connecting communities through clear and engaging communication
• Creative storytelling and content strategy
• Organizing impactful initiatives
She joined RANA to contribute actively, blending tradition with fresh ideas and energy.

Ankit Dangayach

Director, Development and Partnerships

Meet our Director – Development & Partnerships, a driving force behind building meaningful collaborations and strengthening our community. With a strong professional background and a passion for connection, he is focused on expanding opportunities through partnerships, sponsorships, and engagement. Rooted in Rajasthani values, he brings a vision of unity, growth, and cultural pride. His dedication to creating a supportive and thriving network is helping shape a stronger future for the RANA community

Seema Gilotra

Director, Community Engagement

Seema Gilotra serves as Director of Community Engagement, bringing a strong commitment to fostering meaningful community connections. Originally from Delhi and now based in Canada, she holds a Master’s in Political Science and Bachelor of Education degrees from India and the University of Toronto, and is an OCT-certified teacher. With teaching experience in India and the Peel District School Board, she contributes valuable insight into education and youth engagement. Actively involved in community and volunteer work for over 15 years, she brings leadership, cultural understanding, and a passion for positive impact to the RANA Board of Directors.

Priti Baheti

Director, Events and Culture

With roots in Kuchaman City, Rajasthan, and brought up in Mumbai, Priti Baheti now thrives in Canada since 2015—blending culture, creativity, and a whole lot of personality wherever she goes. An interior designer turned IT professional and now a natural-born emcee, she knows how to design spaces, systems—and most importantly—experiences that people remember. As RANA’s Board Director of Events & Culture, she’s on a mission to turn every gathering into a vibe—thoughtful, inclusive, and full of energy for all age groups.

Karunya

Director, Youth Affairs

Hailing from Jodhpur and a proud second-generation Indo-Canadian Rajasthani, Karunya reflects a strong blend of tradition and modern identity. Fluent in Marwari, he remains closely connected to his cultural roots while embracing a forward-thinking outlook. Currently pursuing Computer Engineering at TMU, with experience in digital media and project-based work, he brings creativity, adaptability, and a fresh perspective. As the youngest member of the board and Director of Youth Affairs, he is focused on engaging, inspiring, and empowering the next generation within the RANA community
